Program Overview

At Generation of Thinkers (GOT), we believe education is the foundation for empowerment and progress. Our Education Access Program is designed to ensure that every child—especially girls in underserved communities—has the opportunity to attend school and complete their primary and secondary education.

We collaborate with families, educators, and local leaders to break down barriers such as poverty, early marriage, and lack of resources. Through the provision of learning materials, teacher training, and direct family support, this program nurtures a generation of confident, educated thinkers ready to create positive change in their communities and beyond.

Empowering Marginalized Learners

  • Generation of Thinkers (GOT) is dedicated to promoting inclusive and equitable access to education for all, with a strong focus on empowering girls, orphans, and children from underserved communities. Through its community-driven education initiatives, GOT works to eliminate barriers to enrollment and create safe, supportive learning environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

In collaboration with educators, youth leaders, and local influencers, GOT actively advocates for gender equality in education and raises awareness about the importance of learning as a fundamental right. By addressing social challenges such as early marriage and cultural restrictions, the organization helps transform mindsets and inspire communities to prioritize education as a pathway to empowerment and sustainable development.

With its holistic approach, Generation of Thinkers envisions a future where education becomes the foundation for personal growth, social progress, and generational change.

Community-Based Education

GOT establishes localized classrooms in underserved areas, offering flexible learning opportunities for girls and youth who are unable to attend traditional schools.

Through vocational training in tailoring, IT, and agriculture, GOT equips participants—especially women—with the tools to build sustainable livelihoods and uplift their communities.

Building Skills for the Future

Beyond foundational learning, KKCDO is committed to capacity-building through vocational training and skills development. Youths, especially women, are offered practical education that enhances employability, independence, and social mobility. The programs also support professional training and collaboration with educational stakeholders to improve infrastructure and learning environments. With continuous monitoring and evaluation, KKCDO ensures its educational offerings remain impactful and adaptive to the evolving needs of Afghan communities
