What is Generation of Thinkers (GOT)?

Generation of Thinkers is a youth-led, global organization founded in 2019 by Israr Ahmad Arghandiwal. We empower communities through education, leadership development, digital innovation, and social impact programs.

We are a global organization with active networks of volunteers and leaders in multiple countries, including a strong presence in Afghanistan, Malaysia, and beyond.

Our mission is to create opportunities for young people and underserved communities by providing access to quality education, leadership training, digital skills, and global platforms.

Our values include integrity, commitment, transparency, competency, professionalism, respect, teamwork, innovation, empowerment, sustainability, leadership, continuous improvement, empathy, and quality.

Our Programs & Services

What kinds of programs does GOT offer?

We offer programs in leadership development, STEM education, business and entrepreneurship training, digital skills, generative AI, climate change and sustainability, mental health and well-being, and global opportunity access.

Yes. We have helped over 500 female students secure scholarships, attend global conferences, and participate in international training programs.

Our Leadership Program has certified over 1,000 participants in areas like AI project management, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.

Absolutely. We run courses on Microsoft Office, Canva, social media management, coding, generative AI, and innovation for personal and professional growth.

Yes. We provide STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) training to equip young people with technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Yes. Our Business Classes focus on startup creation, marketing, project management, financial literacy, and leadership in business.

Community Engagement

How many volunteers do you have?

Since 2019, we have built a network of over 500 active volunteers worldwide.

Yes. We prioritize women’s empowerment, with many women holding leadership positions in our programs and organizational structure.

 

Yes. Our Climate Change and Sustainability program educates communities, promotes renewable energy awareness, and encourages eco-friendly practices.
